This Privacy Policy explains how the Located Chrome extension (“Located”, “the extension”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and shares information.

Located is a Chrome extension that adds contextual spatial data layers to online map-based property search interfaces.

Information we collect

The extension may collect the following information:

• Email address associated with your Chrome profile
• Subscription status (free, active, past_due or cancelled)
• Stripe customer ID, if you purchase a paid subscription

We do not collect your name, address, property search history, saved properties, browsing history outside the pages where the extension runs, or payment card details.

How we use this information

We use this information only to:

• check whether you have access to paid features
• unlock paid layers for active subscribers
• allow you to manage your subscription
• provide support if you contact us

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe.

We do not store or process your card details. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy.
